How enrollment works
Scholar Garden’s pilot is a small, structured program with limited seats.
Enrollment begins with an Interest Form, which helps us determine whether the pilot is a good fit based on:
Grade level
Schedule availability
Program goals
Submitting the form does not guarantee placement.
What to expect before submitting
Before completing the Interest Form, families should be comfortable with the following:
Grades served: 4–6
Schedule: Monday / Wednesday / Friday, 1:30–3:00 PM (PT)
Duration: 10 weeks
Format: Small group (4–6 students)
Attendance: Consistent attendance is expected
Tuition: One-time payment before the first session
This pilot is not designed for drop-in tutoring, flexible scheduling, or one-on-one instruction.
After you submit the Interest Form
Submissions are reviewed for fit
Selected families will be contacted with next steps
Submission does not reserve a seat until payment is completed
Families not selected for this pilot may be contacted about future offerings
